Becca has been counseling children and their families since 2005. Previously, she volunteered with a church youth group and worked with troubled youth in the public mental health care setting after earning her BA in Psychology. Becca works with families in a caring fashion. She counsels children between the ages of four and eighteen years and their families, addressing a variety of their concerns, including grief and loss, anxiety, depression, behavior concerns, adjustment to life changes, and parenting issues. She holds a Masters of Education in Marriage and Family Therapy.

Jesse Olden comes to Graham Shelter with more than ten years of experience, holding both general staff and supervisory positions. Jesse has worked with both male and female clients from the ages of newborn through 21. Jesse also works in the Fort Wayne Community Schools system as both a case manager and administrative assistant. Jesse states, "I enjoy working with the teen male population, which is why I continue to work with this age group. I truly believe helping youth is my calling and don't believe in the notion there are 'bad' children. I feel these teenagers have made some poor decisions in life, but most can be remedied with proper guidance and support...empowering them to make good decisions."
